We’re here for the parents holding the heaviest stories, the ones grieving children, diagnoses, futures they imagined, and still showing up with aching hearts and fierce hope.

Founded by two med moms turned advocates, Her Grief, Her Strength offers connection, resources, and real talk for those grieving loudly and living boldly. Whether you’re in the thick of medical parenting, missing a child, or learning to carry a grief no one else sees, we hold space for it all.

Her Grief, Her Strength was born from the hardest seasons of our lives. We are both “medical moms” who’ve walked the unbearable paths of watching our children suffer and, for Rachel, of losing her daughter, Cassie. What started as voice notes and late-night texts between two moms trying to survive… became a lifeline. Then a passion project.
